A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi! Jordan here. Just thought you may like to know a little bit about the girl behind the camera. I grew up in Michigan, but moved to PA after college to work for a christian summer camp called Summer's Best 2 Weeks. There I met my husband, Aaron, fell in love and married in February of 2013. I am a graduate of Houghton College (in Western NY) with a degree in visual media arts. I love to coffee (I make myself an oatmilk latte every day), my book club with my besties, making clay earrings, traveling/exploring, skiing, trying new restaurants (total foodie) and playing volleyball!
Aaron encouraged my eye for photography and was the one who pushed me in to making this hobby in to a career. He helped me launch Lovelight and keeps my creative brain in check when I don’t feel like doing the “not so fun” parts of the job :) He also has the biggest role: watching our 4 hooligans when I am out on shoots.
We have four children, Brinley Praise, Karis Ivy, Callen Jace and Ezra Jordan (and our furbaby, Samoa ). Needless to say, our hands (and hearts) are full caring for our littles. Aka our house is a circus! Photography is the creative outlet I need and love to keep me learning and growing. We strive to live our lives in a way that reflects God in everything we do....including my work!
